subscribers support cost : free of charge

Use the serial number included in your iArchitecture product for the following calls :
   - Unlimited calls to help you install iArchitecture software product.
   - 90 days post activation teletech support for troubleshooting (does not include training or consulting services).

availability :
Monday to Friday
10.00 am to 5 pm
(holidays excluded)
professional support cost : £149.00 per year
service :

Select one representative from your business as the member.
Member receives :
- Unlimited number of priority access technical support calls for a twelve month period (does not include training or consultation services).

Monday to Friday
10.00 am to 5 pm
(holidays excluded)
file recovery service cost : £100.00 per file
service :

Only required if your backup strategy has failed and you have database files that have become corrupted. Contact technical support for more details on this service. File recovery service is not guaranteed.


availability :
Allow at least 3 to 6 weeks for file recovery
